Whatever bikers are searching for – a relaxing family tour, an enjoyable panorama tour, a demanding mountain tour with an exciting descent or a traditional hut for the break – endorphines and grand views guaranteed.

The region has become known through the Tauernradweg .

The trail leads from Krimml all the way to Passau in Germany. In the last years the bike and mountainbike trail network have been continously expanded and today encompass more than 1000km of well marked paths.

30 tours are listed in tour portal www.bike-gps.de. They can be downloaded. Several Bike events attract bike fans from around the globe.

The Tauern bike trail starts in Krimml (about 15min by car). In Königsleiten there are several mountain paths and valley routes that are well suited for bikers.
